* Optimizer nits: reduce event noise, improve docs, add advanced example

- Remove noisy OptimizerAutoConfigured event that fired on every
  reconcile because config is rebuilt from scratch each time (the CRD
  never has embeddingService set, the controller populates it from the
  ref). This is the normal/expected code path, not worth an event.
- Improve EmbeddingServer image field documentation to clarify that
  images must come from HuggingFace TEI.
- Fix default image reference in embedding-servers README (cpu-latest,
  not latest).
- Add vmcp_optimizer_advanced.yaml example with all optimizer and
  EmbeddingServer fields explicitly configured for production tuning.
