Display environment information only when debug mode is enabled

- Updated Windows batch scripts (*.bat) to output JAVA_HOME and JVM options only if the 'debug' argument is provided.
- Added --debug flag support to Linux shell scripts (*.sh) to conditionally display environment details.
- Ensured consistent behavior across both Windows and Linux execution environments.
- Reduced console noise during normal execution for a cleaner user experience.
