* Add goleak regression test for child workflow by name

* Fix test workflow env goroutine leak for child workflows

* Pin goleak to v1.1.12 for CI consistency

* Remove internal leak tests; will consolidate under test/

* Add consolidated goleak regression test under test/

* Remove goleak from root module
