:sparkles: Improve ResourceHttpMessageConverter target type support

This commit updates the target type detection in
`ResourceHttpMessageConverter` to only support target types that are
relevant: `InputStreamResource` for streaming, and types assignable from
`ByteArrayResource` for non-streaming cases.
