Lint v0.2.0 (#1041)

* Lint: add const qualifiers, remove unused includes and declarations
* Rename main executable from bin/check to bin/prevail
* Update clone URL and VS solution name from ebpf-verifier to prevail.
* Bump find_package version from 0.1.1 to 0.2.0 in examples.
