Include food logs and medication logs in event correlations (#522)

* Include food logs and medication logs in event correlations

The EventCorrelationService was missing FoodLog and MedicationLog data
from its correlation analysis. This adds new signals for daily calorie
intake, daily carbohydrate intake, and per-medication daily dose
tracking, and updates all callers (webserver, desktop, Android) to
pass the new data through.

* Wire sport logs and activity logs into correlation callers on Android and desktop

Previously, sport logs and activity logs were passed as empty lists to the
EventCorrelationService from Android and desktop callers, even though
repositories exist on those platforms. This wires the available repositories
so that sport and activity data contribute to correlation analysis.
