Add frontmatter validator for business locations

- Add validateBusinessLocation() function to check required fields
- Validate type, name, and coordinates (lat/lng) fields
- Make address field optional per user requirement
- Always fail build on validation errors (not just strict mode)
- Add 8 new tests for business location validation
- Improve error messages with actionable suggestions
- Show validation errors in dedicated section during build
- Support both lat/lng and latitude/longitude formats

Required fields: type, name, lat, lng
Optional fields: address
