style(core): enforce 100-char line limit

Add max_line_length=100 to .editorconfig and .luacheckrc.
Wrap long lines in init.lua to comply. Add CONTRIBUTING.md
with code style guide, update AGENTS.md and spec/AGENTS.md,
and add introduction docs for virtual init/done states.
