docs: fix configuration drift and update Node.js requirement to 20+

- Update Node.js engine requirement from 18+ to 20+ (lru-cache dependency)
- Add all 8 password types to TypeScript definitions
- Document all CLI options including --preset, --audit, --learn, --format,
  --count, --interactive, and KDF parameters
- Register KDF options (--kdf-memory, --kdf-time, --kdf-parallelism) in CLI
- Add TTY requirement note for interactive mode
- Update API.md with complete password types and generator functions

Addresses config drift audit findings from euxis agents.
