chore(backend)!: remove authentication bypass configuration

- Remove 'DISABLE_TENANT_AUTHENTICATION' and 'DISABLE_ADMIN_AUTHENTICATION' support
- Hardens authentication by removing runtime checks that could bypass auth pipelines
- Removes associated configuration definitions in Edgehog.Config
