Per #3204, output full error report in the final diff summary. Debug mode now outputs content for each test, including results for no differences. Propogate error details up the function calls so it can be included in the final error summary. Enhanced command line arguments so --debug will turn on debug mode and --save_diff will create a difference image for each image difference
