MiramonRaster: SubDataset related changes (#13826)

The logic used to determine raster subdatasets has been updated so that layer order no longer affects subdataset grouping. Previously, equivalent sets of layers could result in different subdatasets depending solely on their order.

In addition, a bug has been fixed where the data type was not considered as a criterion when deciding whether layers should belong to the same subdataset. As a result, layers with different data types could be incorrectly grouped into a single subdataset.

Some previously unsupported cases of color table creation have also been enabled, allowing valid configurations that were not handled before.

The tests have been updated accordingly:
- additional layers were added to the multiband example,
- the previous behaviour was verified to fail with this configuration,
- and the updated logic now correctly passes the tests.

These changes make subdataset creation more robust and deterministic, and ensure it properly reflects the actual characteristics of the input layers.
