* fix: robust error handling in ErrorFallback

*   Update `ErrorFallback` to accept `unknown` error types for improved
    resiliency.
*   Normalize incoming errors to `Error` instances to ensure `message`
    and `stack` are always available for rendering.
*   Bump `@types/node` to `^25.1.0`.
