feat(struct_decoder): add support for generic slice and nested map types

- Add decoding for []int64, []int, []int32, []uint64, []uint, []uint32,
  []float64, []float32 slices
- Add decoding for map[string]any
- Add decoding for nested maps like map[string]map[string][]byte
- Add tests for generic struct type parameters (SortColumnData[T])
- Add tests for nested map structures (BitmapFilterData)

Fixes issues with generic types not being decoded by GetStructDecoder.
