box: introduce array/table form of field compression

Introduce the `struct compression_opts` in the core library and use it
instead of `enum compression_type` to do compression with parameters
specified. The new code includes both the structure with utility
functions and a MsgPack parser (only accepts the 'none' compression
and no options in CE).
