* chore: update testing tools and scripts

- Replace NYC with C8 for test coverage reporting.
- Update script commands to use 'oxnode' instead of 'tsx'.
- Add '@oxc-node/cli' and 'c8' as dependencies.
- Remove 'nyc' and 'tsx' from dependencies.
