feat: add podreplay tool for audit log replay

Add a tool to capture, de-identify, and replay pod scheduling events from
EKS audit logs against Karpenter clusters. This enables reproducing customer
scenarios, debugging consolidation behavior, and analyzing scheduling KPIs.

Features:
- Capture pod events from CloudWatch Logs audit logs
- De-identify sensitive information while preserving scheduling constraints
- Replay events with configurable time scaling and rate limiting
- Generate KPI reports (scheduling latency, node provisioning stats)
- Interactive demo using Charmbracelet TUI

Commands:
- podreplay capture - Fetch events from EKS audit logs
- podreplay replay - Replay events against a cluster
- podreplay analyze - Analyze a replay log file
- podreplay report - Generate KPI report
