* Fix bindings to match changes in offloading/cuda files

* Fixed: transfertuning with context

 ~docc-root available on compiler-side
 ~dooc-root parses correctly on compiler-side
 ~switched cmake and dist model paths
 ~use-after-free of TransferTuningContext and its components
