fix: Handle multiple NodeSelectorTerms in topology spread domain filtering

- NodeSelectorTerms are OR'd together, so consider all terms when filtering domains
- Add ForEachDomainWithMultipleRequirements to handle multiple requirement sets
- Improve taint optimization documentation with reference to original design intent
- Ensure pod can schedule to domains compatible with ANY nodeAffinity term
