Upgrade to Go 1.24 and migrate logrus to slog

Upgraded the Go version to 1.24 and migrated all logging calls from `github.com/sirupsen/logrus` to `log/slog`.
Removed the `logrus` dependency from `go.mod`.
Updated logging calls to use `slog` functions, preserving the original message formatting using `fmt.Sprintf`.
