Add CompactionWriter behaviour for pluggable compaction output

Introduces a behaviour pattern for compaction output, allowing compaction
to write to different formats:
- SplitFile: Two separate files (data + index) for local storage
- Bundle: Single file for ObjectStorage upload

Also adds SnapshotBundle.split utility to extract data/index from bundles.
