Fix broken notebook links in documentation

- Updated all links in tutorial/index.md to use ../notebooks/ paths
- Updated all links in index.md to use notebooks/ paths
- Recreated symlinks to eliminate recursive directory issues
- All notebook references now correctly point to symlinked directories
