Support JSpecify @NonNull as an alternative to @Required

Updated AnnotatedConfigParser to recognize org.jspecify.annotations.NonNull as an indicator for required dependencies and parameters, allowing users to migrate away from the legacy @Required annotation.
Also ensured that Translet type parameters annotated with @NonNull are not treated as required request parameters, as they are injected by the framework.
