:recycle: 更新HTTP客户端SSL配置实现

- 移除旧的SSLConnectionSocketFactory配置方式
- 添加DefaultClientTlsStrategy用于TLS连接管理
- 引入SSLContext依赖以支持新的TLS策略
- 使用setTlsSocketStrategy替代setSSLSocketFactory方法
- 保持SSL选项和主机名验证器的原有配置逻辑
