* FIX stdio URL bug with proxyMode

* fix: Format code to pass lint checks

* changed all the fixes mentioned in PR

* fix: add missing proxyMode parameter to all GenerateMCPServerURL calls

- Update GenerateMCPServerURL signature to include proxyMode parameter
- Add mcpServer.Spec.ProxyMode in k8s.go line 207 (mcpServerToBackend)
- Add empty string for proxyMode in k8s.go line 380 (proxyToBackend - Proxy CRD has no ProxyMode field)
- Add config.ProxyMode in file_status.go line 149 (populateRemoteWorkloadData)
- Replace magic strings with typed constants in url.go (ProxyModeStreamableHTTP, ProxyModeSSE)
- Regenerate mocks to match updated function signature
