Add cobra.NoArgs constraint and --debug flag with English/Chinese comments

- Add Args: cobra.NoArgs to Cobra commands
- Add --debug flag to demo applications
- Remove flag short names (-t, -d, -e) from create subcommand
- Rename description variable to descriptionTitle
- Fix typo lastest to latest in panic message
