:recycle: 重构资源处理器配置属性

- 将静态资源路径模式属性从 WebMvcProperties 移动到 WebProperties
- 将 WebJars 路径模式属性从 WebMvcProperties 移动到 WebProperties
- 更新 WebMvcAutoConfiguration 中的资源配置逻辑以使用新的属性位置
- 修改测试类中的属性路径引用以匹配新的配置结构
- 确保默认资源映射功能正常工作并正确加载静态资源和 WebJars
- 更新测试用例中的属性键名以反映新的命名空间变更
