Add user deletion endpoint

- Add DELETE /me endpoint to auth API
- Implement DeleteHandler with proper authentication
- Add Delete method to auth repository
- Add DeleteUser method to auth service that deletes sessions first
- Add DeleteSessionsByUserId method to session service and repository
