refactor: remove deprecated ExecuteWithClients and update tests accordingly

**Changed:**

- Removed the deprecated `ExecuteWithClients` function from transfer logic,
  consolidating transfer execution to `ExecuteToRemoteWithClients` and
  `ExecuteFromRemoteWithClients`
- Updated all transfer tests to use `ExecuteToRemoteWithClients` instead of the
  removed function and renamed test functions for clarity and accuracy
- Improved argument formatting in README for better readability
- Enhanced argument parsing logic in root command for improved clarity and
  maintainability

**Removed:**

- Deprecated `ExecuteWithClients` function from the transfer package
