Add tests verifying raw index fields don't exist on public type

Add @ts-expect-error tests confirming methodIndex, fieldIndex, typeIndex,
and stringIndex do NOT exist on the resolved DalvikBytecodeOperation type.

Add value construction tests demonstrating proper usage with resolved
fields (method, field, type, string).
