Support generic type signatures in smali .local directive

The .local directive can include an optional generic type signature
after the type descriptor, e.g.:
  .local v0, "supplier":Ljava/util/function/Supplier;, "Ljava/util/function/Supplier<Ljava/lang/String;>;"

Also add dexEntry parameter to baksmali functions for multi-dex support,
and add test case for MainActivity class from minimal-android-project.
