Add Symbol.dispose support and use 'using' declarations

- Add [Symbol.dispose]() method to ParserContext interface and implementation
- Enable ESNext.Disposable in tsconfig.json lib
- Convert 12 parser files to use 'using' declarations for automatic
  lookahead context cleanup, removing manual try/finally dispose blocks

This reduces boilerplate and prevents forgetting to call dispose().
