2-D raytracing functions are added
Examples deleted (It is too much work to keep consistancy btw tutorials and examples)
Tutorials added
Unit tests added
README is extended to cover the 2-D raytracing
Functions added to generate 1D and 2D input data (density and magnetic field) using PyIRI
Critical freqeuncy for X-mode is added for vertical propagation
X-mode condition for max height is changed to X+Y=1
