Increase test coverage (#114)

90% is actually difficult to achieve since the apiserver stuff requires
full server infrastructure to test. These are integration-tested via the
apiserver suite. Further etcd parts require a storage backend (etcd) to
test. These are integration-tested when the API server starts.
