Bugfixes: Duplicate legend entries, duplicate boxes, wrongful exclusions (#120)

* Corrected Legend showing duplicate entries sometimes. Corrected Logic for counting boxes in aggregate_subplots.

* Fixing bug concerning duplicate drawing of boxplots. Deleted redundant code
