More logging categories (#4652)

* Add several logging categories:

- stel.Atmosphere
- stel.GPS
- stel.HiPS 
- stel.LocIP
- stel.Media
- stel.Scripting
- stel.StelProperties
- stel.Texture

- Default is QtInfoMsg, QtDebugMsg only when configured
- allows finetuning of log messages
- promoted genuine errors to warnings

* Remove CLI option --verbose (no longer required)
* SUG: Describe use of logging categories
