Clarify the 3 different types of streaming bootz flows. Distinguish 2 different "chassis" type definitions. (#239)

* Consolidate buildEntityLookup() and buildLookupFromReportStatus() into a single function as they share most of the logic. Instantiate TPM20Utils as a member of the service to make the code cleaner and more consistent.

* Clarify the 3 different types of streaming bootz flows. Distinguish 2 different "chassis" type definitions.
