test: Add Google Vertex Gemini test fixtures

Add comprehensive test fixtures for all Vertex Gemini models:
- gemini-2.0-flash: 10 fixtures (basic, streaming, tools, objects, token limits)
- gemini-2.5-flash: 12 fixtures (includes reasoning/thinking tests)
- gemini-2.5-flash-lite: 12 fixtures (includes reasoning/thinking tests)
- gemini-2.5-pro: 12 fixtures (includes reasoning/thinking tests)

Total: 46 fixtures covering all feature combinations for each model.
