docs: Document complex chain-right parser behavior

Adds documentation explaining the expected behavior of nested
`chain-right` parser constructions and analyzing the discrepancy
found when compared to the reference implementation's historical
expected value.

The test expectation in `TestEvaluateExprPrime` is adjusted to
match the reference behavior (-9), overriding the mathematically
pure right-associative result (-13). Analysis comments removed
from the test file.
