CP-310555: Rotate machine password through winbind

`net ads changetrustpw`/ldap was chosen to rotate machine password.
This would bypass the winbindd daemon. In case of multiple DC, if the
chosen DC is not the one actively used by winbind, this would result
in winbindd goes to DC with legacy machine password and thus cause
connection failure.

`wbinfo --change-secret` is used to rotate machine password instead.
This command would ask winbindd to rotate machine passowrd and keep
consistency.
