Implement Format 51l (const-wide) and fix Format 11n documentation

- Fixed DALVIK_MISSING_PARSERS.md to correctly mark Format 11n as implemented (it was already in the codebase)
- Implemented Format 51l (const-wide) parser for 64-bit immediate constants
- Updated DALVIK_MISSING_PARSERS.md to reflect 23/32 formats now implemented
- Added dalvikBytecodeFormat51lParser to formatParsers.ts
- Added dalvikBytecodeOperationConstWideParser using opcode 0x18
- Successfully built and tested the changes
