Fix up repo, 100% test coverage, remove not needed deps, support Node.js 20+ (#20)

* Update dev npm versions

* Force major version dropping Node 18 support

* Fix security issue and update readme fixing old or missing stuff.

* Fix branch capture regex to all chars allowed in branches.

* replaced minimist with native util.parseArgs()

* use real errors and clean up strange date logic.

* Removed log-driver for native wrapper

* 100% code coverage and fixed one bug found.

* Fix branch matching and tests around it.

* Fix space or undified for branch issue.

* Add more docs to help get others and make some changes to improve the code.

* Switch to modern async/await patterns from callbacks.

* Support commit_sha values.

* Get git info better

* Make code functional to be easier to test.
