* enables globals with availablly external linkage

* updates rodinia verifier

* lift fixed vector type as anonymous struct

* internalizes linkonce odr functions for lifting

* adapts lifting to use vector structs

* updates submodules

* includes openmp codegen fixes

* fixes missing symbols when lifting depending odr functions

* includes fixes for vector checks

* adds not implemented exception handling
