feat(wildcard): Refactor and enhance wildcard matching utilities

- Centralize wildcard matching and masking algorithms into a new `WildcardEngine` for improved maintainability and readability.
- Refactor `WildcardMatcher` and `WildcardMasker` to delegate to the new engine.
- Introduce `WildcardEngineTest` as a comprehensive, data-driven test suite, consolidating all previous tests and adding new diverse cases.
- Fix a pre-existing bug in `WildcardPattern.parse()` where escaped wildcard characters were not correctly treated as literals.
- Delete redundant, fragmented test files after consolidation.
