chore: Exclude build artifacts from diff

Excludes common generated files and build artifacts
from the staged diff output using Git pathspec
exclusions.

This improves performance and clarity by ignoring:
*   Dependency lock files (e.g., `yarn.lock`,
    `package-lock.json`).
*   Common build directories (`build`, `dist`, `target`).
