* adds sdfg attributes for lto-optimizations

* split sdfgs into offloading kernel before codegen

* updates splitting of sdfgs to handle allocations correctly

* define malloc and free if not existent

* disalbes host memcpy splitting support

* fixes degree check in find_copy_out

* updates submodules

* moves basic tests to cuda workflow due to gpu tests
