重構專案結構並新增 Gateway.Protocols 專案

重構多個介面與類別，將其移至新專案 `PinionCore.Remote.Gateway.Protocols`，以改善模組化與可維護性。
更新 `PinionCore.Remote.Gateway.csproj` 的專案引用，新增對 `Gateway.Protocols` 的依賴，並移除不再需要的引用。
在解決方案檔案中新增 `Gateway.Protocols` 專案定義，並調整相關 GUID 與嵌套結構。
新增 `InternalsVisibleTo` 屬性，允許內部成員存取。
建立新的 `Gateway.Protocols.csproj`，目標框架為 `netstandard2.1`，並新增必要的專案引用。
