Add a --network option (#1867)

* Fix test: verify actual target port instead of hardcoded value

The test was failing because FindOrUsePort(9000) may return a different
port if 9000 is busy. Changed the assertion to verify that MCP_PORT
matches the actual target port that was selected, rather than assuming
it will always be 9000.

* Fix linting and documentation

- Fix import formatting in client.go (move slices to stdlib section)
- Regenerate CLI docs to include new --network flag
- Remove trailing whitespace

* Update the docs

* Remove debug logging statements

- Remove temporary DEBUG log statements from Docker client
- Clean up redundant logging in network mode configuration
- Simplify logging in createMcpContainer to be more concise

* Removed NetworkMode from RunConfig
and added Mode field to NetworkPermissions

* Regenerate swagger docs after adding Mode to NetworkPermissions

* Update CRD documentation for NetworkPermissions Mode field
