Refactor TRON client with simplified API and enhanced naming standards

- Remove Client wrapper type and expose functions that accept GrpcClient
- Add English/Chinese comments
- Update dependencies in go.mod/go.sum
- Add GitHub Actions workflow with Go 1.22+ support
