Refactor and Improve Redis Session Test Suite

- Refactored Redis session tests (Default, Cluster, Primary-Replica) to use com.redis.testcontainers for reliable, Docker-based integration testing.
- Resolved persistent network issues in cluster tests by implementing a framework-level enhancement to support Lettuce's SocketAddressResolver.
- Improved API consistency across all Redis...PoolConfig classes by standardizing URI/node setters and enhancing Javadoc comments for clarity.
